An almost required extension for the modern, tracker-stuffed web. Even outside of the content blocking, the ability to trim a site down to its most basic form can be very useful.

The URL blocklist has actually saved me from a couple malicious sites, and for Fandom sites, has saved me a ton of RAM.

The developer also don't accept any form of donations, and instead motivates people to donate and contribute to the creators of content-blocker lists.
